Simple filing

There is much time to saved by rapidly making the most common letters and draft contracts and by being able to find the right old documents without having to look more or less randomly on several computers and filing cabinets. We give an idea of how it could be done.

You might not need to have control of every email and every single document, but some things are too important for them to disappear - or simply taking too long to find. And there are time to save, when you with a few clicks can create a standard contract or other document that you need often.

InfoShare has two user-friendly systems: Simple Journal, which is for an individual or small company who wants to be in control of matters, documents and contacts - InterOpus that have the same functions as Simple Filing and then a lot more, so you can have a greater focus on collaboration between several people.
