The simple series Simple invoice and Simple invoice Plus
InfoShare has developed the simple series which contains a variety of different programs which are necessary to a company. When we use the term simple on a number of our programs, it´s because the program should easy and simple for the user to use - not because it has been simple to create the programs.
Billing certainly doesn´t have to be cumbersome and time consuming, because InfoShare has developed Simple Invoice, which makes it very easy to create an invoice; just enter your data, Simple Invoice keeps track of the rest and you have made an invoice. You don´t need to have thorough knowledge of billing to make a correct invoice.

Simple Invoice is a program that can easily intergrate with your existing systems, sush as for instance your ERP system.
So Simple Invoice can solve your need to print and manage invoices at a very simple way. You can create a product inventory and use products from here or you can enter product text into directly.
You can create a customer database and the program keeps track of customer balances. You can quickly create a reminder invoice and you can select invoices for later memory, for instance for the collection of subscriptions or service agreements. You can get a report on turnover and over charged VAT.
So that you can be completely sure that Simple Invoice just the program you need you can download a demo version of the program from this website.
In the demo version you can only create 10 invoices and you can´t change the company name, but once you have purchased a license, you can unlock the program and elaborate on what you have created.
All invoice data can be exported to a comma delimited file so you can transfer data to, for example. financial bookkeeping or spreadsheets.
With Simple Invoice you can also print invoices in XML format. All public authorities require per. 02/01/2005 electronic billing.

VANS means "Value Added Network Services" and is a functionality which partly "collects" electronic bills and partly softens the elktroniske bills to the right recipient. The "pickup" element can be compared with the post office that receives the letters. The "distributive" element can be compared with the postman who delivers the letters to the right recipient.

For the smaller firm with few invoices For the small company we that sends a few bills we recommend www.nemhandel.dk which is free except from the price of a function certificate. As an alternative we can also recommend www.truelink.dk. True Link has no establishment costs and low variable invoice fee. True Link is included as standard in Simple Invoices Plus.
For the midsize company with a large number of invoices For the medium business that sends a large number of invoices we recommend Progrator. Progrator is a monthly subscription, but at a lower tax invoice.
