Statistics collection

IUS3

Infoshare has developed special programs to collection of statistical data for the the National Board of Health (drug addicts: IUS) and the Social Appeals Board (homeless: Boform). The programs are developed with maximum consideration of the registred informations. They allow the delievery of county registrated dato to the National Board of Health on an encrypted disc which can only be read by the reciever program.

The responsible user of the system has a number of opportunities to manage other users rights, review the log file of the system, import of data from an external data, transcript of the basal balances og registred data etc. The avarage user is sent directly to a registration screen after logon.

The program allows you to registrate a series of predetermined and programmed issues with the agreed valid codes. If there´s no answer to a question, or someone answered with an invalid tag value the program shows a list of the valid tags and their importance.

The responsible user of the program futhermore has a number of additional opportunities for administration of the program - not by questions, since they´re centrally set by the National Board of Health.

For the IUS program there has been has developed a statistics module that allows very easy preparation of basic distributions and cross tables. The statistics module is also developed in a Lotus Notes integrated version where users in Notes can create a number of fields for collection of statistics and get the statistics forward in an easy manner.

For a number of variables it is possible to select between different inventory ranges / time series.

The program is designed so user friendly that even users without any statistical assumptions may produce the  that they need.
