Statistics module

For InfoShares Client record there´s (as an elective option) a statistics module Stati5 which makes it very easy to produce simple statistics based on the information of the client record: Distributions of answers to selected question (or information from the data card), croos tables between two questions and various options for taking a number of clients, absolutely  and in percentage of one or any institutional capacity.




By the use of Stati5 to compile statistics it makes this work very easy and by the meantime you´re avoiding the sensitive data to be exported out of the protected system. Social security numbers etc. will not be on discs or in spreadsheet files etc.

The programmes can run on a stand-alone PC or on PC network of more simultaneous users.

These programs are 32-bit Windows programs which can run on Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, The program can be delivered in a 16-bits version, which can be used on Windows 3.x. For DOS and OS/2 the DOS version of the program is delivered.
The two Windows versions can work on a common database, but this can not be shared with the DOS program.

As this is sensitive data the program contains a password required acces control, graduated user rights,
logging of selected transactions and comprehensive functionality to support the administration of register requirements.

Client record can be used to enter data into The Health Board country statistics (Registration of entry and discharge of drug addicts) and create a encrypted disk for delivery of these data.
