Overview
The overview is CUBIC strongest side. CUBIC gives you a glance across five dimensions. You can share your income and expenses in the five following grades:

All entries (time)
All entries for the period ordered by time. There is no difference to your web bank.
Account
Select an account and follow the movements of the time period.
Main Activity
A main activity is an overall activity or department. If the program is used by several departments within the firm, the main activities for instance could be bookkeeping, development and workshop. During the main activities are projects. Main activities have a name and it is possible to write a note to the activity. In addition, for each activity is assigned a budget and a number of entries.
Project
A project is a project or a minor activity in a primary activity. For instance, a project under the main activity Accounts department could be a continuous activity as salary or a completed project as recruitment interviews for a job as a piccoline. Each project is associated  associated fields. You only need to fill in the fields that make sense for the specific project.
Parties
Parties are suppliers, buyers and other you transfer money to or receive money from. Party registration can also be used as address book. Not all information is relevant to all parties and it is up to yourself, how much is entered,liike many of the fields can have multiple meanings. The following list is a proposal for what the different fields can contain.


Budget
With the budget function, you can quick add next year's budget and provide an overview. The graphical showing makes the overview even better.



Statistics
With the statistics function you can easily examine your finances statistically.
